Co-Owner

"Doing a great job means leaving a spotless yard and going the extra mile whenever possible." As a co-owner of Yard Ninjas, he takes pride in knowing that every client is taken care of the same way he would want his own family to be treated. Reliability is simple in his eyes — if you show up, you do it right. What’s the point of doing a job if you’re only going to do it halfway? That mindset drives how the company operates every day. When helping customers, he focuses on listening first, understanding their needs, and then doing his best to exceed those expectations. What matters most to him comes down to three things: God, family, and country. He values the people behind Yard Ninjas — both the team and the clients. The support, kindness, and sense of community stand out, and it’s a big reason why they hold themselves to such high standards every visit.

Jenny Morris

Co-Owner

“A great job is finishing the work to perfection — no mistakes, no unfinished tasks, ever.” Jenny holds herself to that standard every visit — being able to step back, look at the work, and have her own approval, which she doesn’t give often. Reliability is something she takes personally. She hates when people don’t come through when they say they will, and knows too many people deal with services that don’t show up or make excuses. That’s one of the reasons Yard Ninjas was created — so customers are never left hanging, and every job is done right the first time. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her family and discovering the hidden food spots locals rave about. She also values the team — everyone shares the same vibe. They can laugh and have fun, but when it’s time to work, it’s all business. Everyone shares the same standard of excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional service with a friendly attitude.

Thomas Teknipp

Yard Ninjas Technician

“If I can take one chore off someone’s plate and give them a clean, safe yard for their pets, then I’ve done my job.” Thomas takes pride in delivering consistent, detail-focused service every visit. As a dog owner himself, he understands how important it is to maintain a clean, safe space where pets can run and enjoy their yard. At home, he has two dogs — Parzival, a German Shepherd, and Alastor, a Husky — so being around dogs is something he genuinely enjoys. When servicing a yard, he focuses on leaving it better than he found it. Attention to detail is a big part of his approach — making sure everything is thorough, safe, and spotless so homeowners can have complete peace of mind when letting their pets back outside. Reliability is something he takes seriously. He believes consistency builds trust, and showing up when expected is the foundation of a strong reputation.

Will Smith

Yard Ninjas Technician

“Integrity means showing up and doing the job right — every single time.” Will takes pride in making sure no waste is left behind and the yard is left exactly how it should be — clean and ready for use. Reliability is important because it reflects integrity in his work. Showing up, doing the job, and doing it right is what builds trust. When helping customers, his focus is straightforward — making sure the customer is satisfied with the level of service provided. Outside of work, he’s a father of one, and everything he does is for his son. That same sense of responsibility carries into the way he approaches his work every day. What matters most to him is integrity — it’s how he shows up in his work, for his family, and in everything he does.
